legal, medical and insurance communities of North Texas.

Medical Protective Company, Dallas Texas 7/84 to 8/01 General
Agent- managing an average caseload of 180 physician professional
liability lawsuits, as well risk management and underwriting in
the North Texas area. Includes extensive physician contact and
interaction, selection of counsel, evaluation of liability and
damages, settlement negotiation and attendance at trials and participation
in hundreds of mediations, on behalf of doctors.

Manager of the Tyler office. Responsibilities included supervising
the handling of all types of claims, supervision and management
of claims adjusters, and the direct handling of the large property
and casualty losses.
