The mediation fee schedule is based upon a number of factors, including experience level, comparable billing rates, the amount of time ordinarily expended in preparation for the mediation and in follow-up.

The fee also includes speaking with the parties prior to the mediation and/or review of position papers or other relevant documents, if desired or necessary.

Full Day mediations only $2000 per party

Half Day mediations are no longer available

All persons or entities represented by the same counsel are considered one party for fee purposes. A cancelation fee of the full amount is due from the cancelling party for late cancelations.
